By offering apprenticeships, we are ensuring that our employees undertaking the programmes have the skill set and work place experience required for their long term role at the company as well as personal professional development in their chosen filed, gained over a period of time. We are able to utilise government funding to upskill our employees through this process, resulting in a well trained, highly skilled and motivated workforce.

Whilst on an apprenticeship with Dextra Group you will have a full contract of employment, annual leave and a salary or hourly rate well in excess of the advised government apprenticeship wage and a great benefits package.
